CRM Automatic Case Creation issue

Hello,

I am using CRM dynamics 2013. I have setup a case creation rule with no case details to simply convert all emails belonging to the system admin to cases. The emails are synced to an outlook client so when an email is tracked, the case is automatically created. Now this works fine for 1 email at a time or even 2. But the moment i select 3 or 4, the automatic case creation only happens for 2 of them and the rest of them dont create cases. I went to system processes to see what was the issue, it seems the status reason is stuck at Waiting and it stays that way forever for the remaining automatic case creation workflows.  The error code says

"There is no active transaction. This error is usually caused by custom plug-ins that ignore errors from service calls and continue processing."

however i am not using any custom plugins, this is just a basic dev environment with all standard things, the workflow is fully designed by Microsoft (automatic case creation rules)

I need this to work with at least 50 or 60 co current workflows at a time, so if i track 60 emails from outlook it should automatically create 60 cases (for now the case details dont matter). Does anyone know what might be the issue? I have a feeling it just cant process more than 2 at a time? This would be very strange. The user who runs these workflow is system admin so has all rights.

regards

    Hello,

I experienced similar issue. Try to deactivate Activity Feeds plugins that handle creation of case.

oh wow that was strange. I went to post configurations and disabled it for cases and now when i do it it works... Do you think there is a way to fix this without disabling this? regardless thanks for your help

Try to switch execution to asynchronous.
