Hi guys,

Does anybody know of any applications/solutions that you can run through Microsoft Dynamics to send SMS messages? I have been trialling PowerSMS but they have just informed me that they don't support alphaneumeric ID, which is prefered.

If someone can tell me how to connect Twilio to Microsoft Dynamics it would be greatly appreciated.

This link from powerobject may help you in this regards, they build PowerSMS with the integration with Twilio.

Thanks for your reply Andrii. Unfortunately I don't think it will allow me to create workflows with SMS messages.

Thanks for your reply Rahul. I currently use PowerSMS but they don't support alphaneumeric ID, which is prefered. I'm looking for an app that can be connected to CRM (like Power) and send SMS messages through Twilio but with an alphaneumeric ID.

Did North52 sort the problem for you?

I'm in the exact same boat have PowerSMS with Twilio but just found out they don't support Alpha Numeric Sender ID from the CRM.

For anyone who need alphaneumeric sender IDs you can use TxtSync's SMS integration into Dynamics. The TxtSync solution allows you to send SMS by workflow, MS flow, manually and programmatically through the TxtSync API. Which ever method you choose your sent and received messages are always synced back into your CRM.
