I've been trying to find an answer as to how to do this, but haven't been presented a decent solution yet...
Here's the scenario:
My company started small and has a GP2010 instance located in Las Vegas that easily accommodates our Santa Monica users. GP itself lives on a Windows Terminal Server and utilizes a SQL server back-end.
However, as we've expanded, we've been adding users in Ireland and Brazil that are experiencing long delays from when they (as an example) submit a trial balance or a GL report.
Does anyone have any advice about how to set up GP to accommodate users from multiple countries?
And if you know of a 3rd part application that would help us to achieve this, please don't hesitate to chime in.
Thanks!

I would agree with SOMA on this that Web Client would be perfect for your company. Otherwise if you want to stick with TS then Richard is correct that you need to make sure you have a good connection otherwise you will see issues.
Please provide more detail about how your servers are setup. Normally GP lives on its own SQL box and then via Citrix or T/S there is a client connected to the SQL box. Is this how you are setup? The question of slowness came be caused by many reasons. The first of which would be your network connection. Do these reports run slowly if someone runs them on the server or only for the remote users?
My recommendation would not work for GP 2010, you may need to consider an upgrade to Dynamics GP 2013 and install the web client.
Publishing on a Static IP address can provide your Dynamics GP users in other areas with much more flexible access on the system.
