Error Message when Creating New Company

I got the following error message after select "Create Company" button.

"Only users with the SUPER permission set can create a new company".

The user ID that I'm logging in is assigned with "SUPER" by administrator in Permission Sets, but still I couldn't proceed with the company creation. Refer screen shot below is the screenshot of user permission set of the user ID I'm logging in.

Hi Kelvin,

Is this for Business Central on-premise or Online? Where do you start the new company creation action from? Is it from the Companies page? Can you post a screenshot please?

If you remove "My Company" does that allow you create a new company? You will not be able to remove "My Company" but your administrator would be able to remove that from the permission set assigned to you.
