Integration Manager Error

I have a user trying to run an integration and getting the error "you must close all microsoft dynamics gp windows in order to run an integration".  She ran the integration once and it threw errors so she fixed those and then tried to run it again and got the error message.   She has closed out of IM and GP a number of times and I have checked in Task Manager that GP is not running, but she keeps getting this error.  Is there any other trick to resolve this issue?  We are using GP 2016.

    Hi Linda

    When you receive this error it usually indicates that GP is running.  If you have checked task manager and don't GP active reboot the workstation that usually resolves the issue.

    Thanks we will try that if we get it again.  We just had someone else run the integration for now.

    Hi,

    Another thing you might try is to use the 'Close All Windows' command off of the Microsoft Dynamics main menu. Sometimes windows will open invisible. I've been told that it happens sometimes in clients using Manufacturing, but I haven't personally experienced it.
