Is it anyway in BC that BC sends email to Sell-to-contact and mention that their package should arrived by now and if they did not receive it they should contract us? Email should include SO# and shipment date.

This tasks should run by itself.

Hi, I don’t think there is a standard feature that fully meets your needs.

But if you do a small customization, it should be possible.

Nothing out of the box. You might consider a Power Automate workflow that executes this action based on some date rule.
