rollup field to change dynamically calculate in real time

hii,
 i want to know if there any idea about:
- if i have table department that contains a rollup field with another table named emloyee and that calculates the added employee but in real time calculation not after 12h.
((knowing that rollup fields changes or updates data after 12h)

    Please refer to the article below:
    We can shorten the update frequency of the summary fields by changing the settings, and if we want to do it in real time, we need to use the plugin in the video.
