I would like to transfer Raw material items from unspecified locations to specified location (MAIN).

Please help me out from this case.

It would be much appreciated!

As Kaspars pointed out, the easiest way is to use an Item Reclassification Journal.  Gathering the data will be the hardest part.  I'd suggest dumping the data via Config Package from the Phys. Inventory Journal (which can calculate your Items and Quantities), then importing it back in with a Config. Package to the Item Reclass Journal.

After you have moved the inventory to your MAIN location, be sure to check the Location Mandatory flag in Inventory Setup to avoid this issue going forward.  If it is currently checked, you will have to turn it off in order to post the Reclass Journal.

I asume You don't have Mandatory Location activated, then it should be pretty straight forward:
You can use Transfer Orders or Item Reclassification journal where to provide the current location empty, and new location MAIN.
