Tax Amount Due in CE

Hi Friends,

Good Morning !

Dual write configured on LCS I.e., pass the data from F&O to CE;

When we are doing the Sales order process that will be passing to the CE with no issues.

When we are doing the sales order return process and everything is fine from F&O side, but tax value not passing to the CE (Tax value only showing due) I.e., for all the SO return process.

Issue description:
When a sales order is returned by selecting all lines in FO, the tax still shows up on CE.
All items and the tax are showing as returned in FO, but taxes still appear due in CE.

Repro Steps:
Go to FO. Enter the order, select all lines, and return them. They show 0 in FO, but in CEO tax, it still appears.

As per the MS Doc:

However, since some information is getting updated correctly and some is not (tax), it makes me believe the issue is not with the communication being one way; the changes are not being done on CE for them to show in FO. Both the creation of the record and the return are being performed in FO, so the communication is being performed in the same direction, but it is working partially for some data but not for all.

Expected result:
Tax shows 0 in CE as the whole order is returned.
The customer requested to know how to prevent having to do this manually every time.

Is there a way to make the tax show 0 in CE

Can you please guide me to find the solution.

Thanks,
Vinaykumar.
