Error after upgrade BC 23.2 cannot post transfer receive

Hi,
Having and issue after upgrade BC 23.2, the transfer order cannot post receive for the item tracking code serial and lot.
There is one transfer order line has specified multiple serial and lot numbers, system allow to post ship but not allow to post receive.
The error message show as below. Is there any one can help?

    Hi,
     
    Can you check if there are any extension installed in the environment to lead to such issue. You can test on the standard environment without any extension.
    You can turn to the provider of the extension for support if the issue is due to any extension.

    Thank you for reply. after recheck this issue we found the problem on Item tracking code that specify char &, if create the item tracking code without & it works.
    Btw, system works well before upgrade version.
