Dynamics 365 v9 Upgrade Issue: Opportunity "Close as Won" button does not work (does nothing)

After upgrading from version 8.2 to v( (currently 9.0.2.54) - we've noticed a few problems with our system:

On the Opportunity form, when we open the form, we get an error: "This site says...

There was an error with this field's customized event.

Field:window

Event:onload

Error:'AppCommon' is not defined

if you just go ahead and click OK, then you try to close the opportunity as a win, nothing happens -- the "Close as Won" button does not work.

This is in the Edge browser.

    Hi,

    Firstly, you could refer to this article to check whether there's any syntax error in your JavaScript code.

    After the opening opportunity error verified , you could try the 'close as won' button again. "Close as Won" button does not work after version upgrading which is a common issue as this affect multiple organizations in March 2018. It should be fixed before April 2018. If the issue still exists, you could raise a ticket in Admin Center to ask D365 Support Engineer to escalate the ticket to Product Group to restore.
