Hi all,

I just want to ask if there a module or a frawork ready to use shipped with MS CRM to handle the hosiptal activeties, also I need to know more about the CRM health care framework as I know there is a ready made soultion (vertical) developed by microsoft.

    Hello Ahmed,

    There is no something for Hospital itself.

    The current concept for crm is Xrm. in your case it will be (Hospital Relationship management).

    Here is my own example related to ITLec Hospital Example

    www.itlec.com/.../ms-crm-2013-service-calender-real.html

    Hi Admed,

    There is no module for HRM, but you can extend CRM system as you want via xRM framework.

    You can refer some industry template that Microsoft public at this link www.microsoft.com/.../public-sector-templates
