Yodlee AMEX import

A week ago I was asked to update the AMEX/Yodlee interface when refreshing the AMEX data. We have two companies using the same AMEX logon.

Since that time, one of the companies is no longer getting any AMEX transaction updates.
 
Suggestions?

    This is still occurring. It worked for a few days, then didn't work. I am trying to nail down if I can spot a situation where it works/doesn't work. 

    But summary of the issue again:
     
    I have two different AMEX cards linked in Yodlee using the same credentials. One does not always bring in transactions. For example, one has had none brought in for 5 days (there have been transactions posted per AMEX daily).
