When will we be able to update to the Spring 2014 update?

The email stated that I can go into CRM > Settings > Administration and click on Install Product Updates but I don't see "Install Product Updates" listed anywhere on the page.

I assume the email is "ahead" of the update so I was just wondering if anyone knew when the link for the update would be made available.

Will the update also available within test-drive accounts for 30days?

Once it gets released for "new" accounts, it should appear in the test drive. At least that's what happened with Fall 13 update.
