Look-up Find causing freeze after upgrade

Since we upgraded to RMS 2.0.0155 (service pack 4), we have had occasional freeze up (Not Responding), when the cashier does a refined search for either customer or item, (F7 or F2). The item search is not the first item on the transaction and the customer search is done after all the items have been scanned. This freeze is occurs very infrequently, but our busy season has not yet started.

    Needs further upgrade to FP2 and then install all the hot-fixes
