I'm trying to import data from Salesforce into Dynamics CRM 2016. This is a fresh install, I'm not a Salesforce user and I'm new to Dynamics.
I've trimmed my import down to 14 files, dropped all of the attachments, etc., to get it down to a size that the import wizard will accept.
When I attempt to import the data as a ZIP, using the Salesforce Full Data Export mapping, I see:
- A screen showing a listing of the 14 included files with their sizes
- (clicking Next) - A screen listing data import maps.
- (choosing Salesforce - For Full Data Export) - A pop-up saying: "All Files have been ignored. Please map at least one file to continue".
- (clicking OK) - A screen titled "Map Record Types" showing my 14 files, showing each one mapped to a CRM Entity with a green check-mark on each row.
- (clicking Next) - A new pop-up with the same "all files have been ignored" message.
- (clicking OK) - back to the previous screen.
What am I missing here? It's telling me that all files are mapped and that all files are ignored and I cannot proceed.
