Hi,
We were being asked by clients as BC on gives 80GB storage. if their storage exceeds 80GB what is next ?
I could not find any answer so far.
As per my knowledge, Microsoft has not released any information about additional storage. If the tenant data size exceeds this 80 GB limit, it will be increased automatically and Microsoft Support will contact the partner and work with them to reduce data size. The tenant will not be blocked while this is happening, and work is not interrupt.
You can contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
As far as I know, Microsoft allocates 80GB initially and will just expand automatically if the database exceeds 80GB. It might change in the future though.
