Afternoon,
I have a number of users reporting that their user personlisation keeps resetting to default - I initially explained this as a result of any object changes but it appears to be occuring during minor changes such as permission changes ? Also one user informed me that only one of their pages reset, the others retained their personalisation ?
Under what circumstance could this occur?
And in general, under what circumstances do user personlisations reset ? Is there a better or best practice way of handling it ?
