Hi,
I have created one new user in Office 365. But this user is not showing in Dynamic CRM user's list.
Only one main user which i have used for login is showing in 'Activated Users' list.
I have assigned it role as 'Global Administrator' but still not showing in the list in Dynamic CRM.
Please suggest what i am missing and how to resolve this problem.
I have checked some url's online and they mentioned to set CRM license to this user. I have also assigned 'Dynamics 365 P1 Trial for Information Workers' license to this user which was showing in the list for Product License.
Do i need to set some additional settings for this user.
Please suggest.
