Hi,

If you are looking for automate solution. Not recommended to use workflow, because it would be using "Wait condition" which will consume a lots of memory.

You can create a batch job by referencing to below articles.

How to build a console application.

How to retrieve data from CRM.

How to close opportunity as lost.

You can use North52 to schedule workflows if you don't want to write your own code.
