Printing problems in SL7 (black lines, missed connection) in a citrix environment

We run SL7 server by Citrix (Xenapp 4.5). Most users will experience daily problems when printing reports:

Problem 1) black lines will appear instead of graphics, garbled output, etc. These are about 50 users, on and off.The only way we solve this is by terminating the user session in citrix (log the user off) then they re-login and printing works fine.

 Problem 2) Also, they have to readd the printer frequently as somehow the printer as declared is not longer valid. Printer is there and works from other applications. Problem is easily solved by set up exact same printer on the SL7 Printer set up

Users are in a citrix environment, Mostly HP printers. Some are shared, some are network. Using Universal print drivers.

 Anyone with similar problems?

We have had all sort of trial and errors with citrix engineers and windows support, so far problem is persistent.
