How can I attach a WhatsApp chat to a contact in Dynamics CRM

I am working within an organization that wants to know / record all contact they have with their customers .  The majority of the contacts are international students who use WhatsApp to communicate.  I have checked and I cant see anything on marketplace that will solve this problem.  Does anyone know if this has to be custom code , or has anyone tried doing this. Many thanks in advance.  Janet

    The simplest way is to use the "email conversation" function in WhatsApp to send the chat to an email queue in CRM.  Here's an example: missdynamicscrm.blogspot.com/.../converting-whatsapp-message-to-case-in-CRM-2013.html
