Dynamics CRM 2016 - import price list items (products) into multiple price lists

I have a set list of Price List Items (Products) that I need to associate to multiple Price Lists. I cannot find a way to quickly add the Price List Items (Products) to each Price List. I can see that I can export the Price List Items (Products) but I do not see a way to import them into each individual Price List. Can this be accomplished through the front end?

I am using Dynamics CRM 2016.

    Hi kmc333,

You can import the data through excel and that is the fastest way to do it.

    Follow the steps:

    1. Create an CSVfile with columns as mentioned in below screenshot:

You can see it has price list name as well as product id along with other required fields.

    2. In CRM, use Data management wizard to import the CSVto CRM. The data management wizard allows you to map the entity and fields. You can learn more on Data import wizard in this video, if you are new to it:

I have done this lots of times, sometimes with pricelist items more than 30-40 k

Please check this and let me know.

You have a couple of options.  One option is to go to Settings > Data Management and then Templates for Data Import.  Once filled you can import via Settings > Data Management > Imports > Import Data.

Another option would be to use the Kingswaysoft SSIS adaptor and then use SSIS to import the records.  This provides a bit more flexibility on the source format of your data but does require knowledge of SSIS.
