I see a folder named CRM where CRM 2011 is installed but don't see any CRM objects in the inetpub.

How is it setup without the inetpub? And, I don't find the path MyCRMEnvironment on the server; where is it suppose to locate?

For website physical location would be if it is single server installation and web server

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CRMWeb

How does the http know how to resolve the url since there is not a reference in the inetpub?

MS CRM installation added Website into IIS with link to directory C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CRMWeb
