HI Andy, thank you for your reply, I tried stopping and restarting however the job queue is showing that it errors on a record that no longer exists. A sales order has been deleted and yet the job queue states that there is nothing to release for it.
The job queue is checking for the prepayment status, and I have checked that if you try to delete a record that has an outstanding prepayment for it, the system does not allow this so I am confused as to how the loop has been created
