Job queue stuck looking for a document that has been deleted

A job queue has been set in place to check for the prepayment status and update the sales order record to released when payment has been made. The job queue is erroring on a record that is not in the open or archived sales orders, so I assume it has been deleted. Is there a way to get the job queue to move past this record?

HI Andy, thank you for your reply, I tried stopping and restarting however the job queue is showing that it errors on a record that no longer exists. A sales order has been deleted and yet the job queue states that there is nothing to release for it.

The job queue is checking for the prepayment status, and I have checked that if you try to delete a record that has an outstanding prepayment for it, the system does not allow this so I am confused as to how the loop has been created

Andy's right. Stop the job queue by putting on Hold. Then restart the job queue, if the document is no longer there, the new execution should move passed it and complete.

Hello Gareth - Have you tried to restart the Job queue? I am assuming you have tried that. What is the error message you are getting?
