Unexpected Error when opening an order record in CRM online

I got bellow error when opening some orders in CRM online (probably around 10% of my whole orders).

There are no script or workflow on my form. it's default CRM order form and orders are integrated and coming form Dynamics ERP.

has anyone seen anything like this in online version?

when you find an order which errors, does it error everytime you open the form or just sometimes.

I would compare the orders which error with the ones which don't to see if all the data is the same, compare the orders with all the fields in an advanced find.

if there is a problem, it might be due to the data be integrated with ERP system

it shows error everytime I open the order, there is no difference between this record compared to others. it should be database issue I guess. the interesting thing is I can see the row in the grid and also I can find it through the advanced find with all the data.

I tested it in chrome and IE , my user is admin and it's online version on CRM 2013.

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

1. your CRM is on which update rollup.

2. Have you made any kind of customization recently on quote.

3. Which form are you using.

4. have you tried that on information form.

5. you can also create a new form and check if the issue occurs or not.

6. You can enable the DEV errors and check the detail error message and post it here for the further research .
