I have set up a dynamics 365 Online environment and i have stumbled into some timezone configuration challenges. When i send an email for automatic case creation the time stamp on the created on date field in the database reads GMT -5. I have of course set the timezone to GMT +2 for my personal options but the problem is when i use the created on field on the automated acknowledgement email the time stamp doesn't reflect my set timezone, rather it picks the GMT -5. what could be the issue and how do i resolve this?
