    Hi,

You need to ensure that you are not using that credentials anywhere in the system like for any services, or any third party application like click dimensions etc or any custom applicaion built in SDK.

If you are using, you need to update these manually.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi ,

Please recheck and confirm any other services are not using administrator password. If there is any service using admin password should update manually after password reset.

To reset the password please refer

    RE: reset system administrator password

You can to check following -

    - Check if the user is used in any web service Application pool in the IIS.

    - Check also if user used in CRMAppPool or not .

    - If you have any WCF service check in the configuration file .

    - Check in your plugin or custom workflow activity if you are creating any Organization Service proxy with the user.

    - Check if you shared the user information any external team to consume API.

    - Do you have any CRM configuration entity ? If yes then check if you have  any entry exists.

    - You may know that CRM has some inbuilt services , which is running with some dedicated user credentials. So go to front- end or  back end server  open services.msc window. Check any services running with the user.
