How to identify CRM account based on name of domain name?

Hi,

I have a developed a plugin and published on AppSource. I keep track of downloads.  When it downloads, it keeps track of download date in MS SQL Server.

Issue: For some accounts, it doesn't add download date and shows "NULL" in SQL Date field. These accounts are basically accounts which have a domain like "crm4.dynamics.com".

Can anybody tell me what kind of accounts are "crm4.dynamics.com"? I need to test with such account.

Can anybody please guide me?
