Dynamics 365 Database Capacity

Hello,

A customer, doing some own development, has reached the limits of his 'standard' storage capacity.

They have D365 for marketing in place (just imported 5000 contacts - which resulted in a 5GB storage capacity need ?) and on top of that, a few Sales Professional users.

On top of that, their sandbox capacity is overreaching the "standard" production capacity.

Is there a way to optimize/shrink the capacity of their environment ? Is there redundant data that could be avoided ? Any best practices ?

Thank you for your support!

Kind Regards,

Adriaan

    Hi Adriaan,

To free up storage space, you can follow the best practices stated in this article : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/free-storage-space
