CRM 2011: Web form development (from View)

Hi all

Have followed the guidance here to create a data capture web form via an entity view (using Lead not Contact):

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg695790(v=crm.5).aspx#CreateAWebPage2

This worked! However, when trying to manage the form in the 'Design' view (using Visual Studio 2012) I get a "Error Creating Control" message - see below:

I desperately want to use the View to Web Form approach supported by MS as it is quick and would allow far faster development times.

Please can someone clarify why this error might be appearing in Design view. Am happy to give as much info about our config as possible (CRM 2011 - OnPrem / VS2012 etc) if this helps.

Many thanks, Thom

Sorry, after "see below:) above there was a screenshot I had pasted in but it appears to have been removed. While I figure out how to add this the whole error message read:

    Error Creating Control - Leads

A custom context must be specified.

    Thanks
