Customer purchase history not being updated in HQ

I have a customer that looks at HQ Customers and some of the things under "Purchase History" don't populate like they do on the local DB.

Reference, Item Lookup Code, and Description are all black in HQ.

I tried running a 402 and setting the date back to '17 to see if it would pull that information.  It didn't.

Any suggestions?

    Hi Cris,

    If the Item Lookup Code and Description are blank in HQ my guess is there were items created at the store; and data for items created at the store will not sync up to HQ.

    However, you could try running a backdated 401 (Request Data Upload) instead of a backdated 402 (Request Journal Upload) to see if that makes any difference.

    This is less than 12 months from now; and you can continue using RMS after this date but technical support will not be available.

    I would recommend checking with your partner in regard to what they may recommend as a replacement system after the extended support end date.

    This worked (a bit).  I might need to do it year by year to get it all to sync.  Some things were still missing, but I will rerun to see if more data syncs each time.

    Hi Cris,

    Thank you for the update.

    If you run the below query at the store, and there are any results, any transaction history related to the items returned will not be uploaded to Headquarters no matter which worksheet is run.

    select * from item where HQID = 0

    It indicates the items were created locally, at the store, instead of being created in Headquarters and sent to the store.
