Hi i have like six (6) cashiers that would normally use Microsoft Dynmics RMS Store Operations POS every day,the problem is sometimes one of the random system while cashing a bill the software would hang up or freeze.This is not a system problem because the system is working fine,network along with other diagnostics were done and i cannot determine the problem. Any one came accross this before can help? Thanks

Your answer is that your check was not as thorough as you may think.
Nothing is random.
The POS will hang if there is something is running on the POS machine, so check for extraneous updates,
viruses, etc., turn off auto updates on windows registers.
Make sure everything is up to date, like RMS, SQL, all hardware drivers, etc.
Take a look at all your sql settings, like surface configs and open connections.
Turn off the firewalls in the machines, especially the server ... if you need a firewall in your system use an appliance.
Make sure you have enough RAM in your server, and the SQL can use it.
Check your event logs, most of the time this will tell you a lot about you issue.
Also make a note of any error codes if you get them, they can be helpful.
