Need your valuable comments. I just need to Migrate from Dynamics Nav 2016 to Business Central On-Premises.  I just need to know the steps and Prerequisites to achieve the same.

    You have to upgrade to Business Central v14 first.

    Hi,
     
    As mentioned, the following steps are necessary to ensure a smooth data migration.  You can review the steps below in more detail .
    • You should have a Business Central Cloud tenant. 
    • User must have been a "Super" use in BC /admin and must have at least one user setup in the target company.
    • Ensure you meet system requirements, users, and permissions are met and setup.
    Permissions & Software requirements
    • Ensure you have access to the SQL server management server (SSMS).
    • The on-premises solution must use SQL Server 2016 or a later version, and the database must have compatibility level 130 or higher. The on-premises solution must also be one of the supported versions.
    • Update statistics and reorganize indexes on all tables on the source database. This will ensure that the migration runs as fast as possible.
