PreProductSaleTrigger getting CartLine just added?

Hi everyone,

Just at the end of writing a POS extension and need to know the CartLine that was added in the POS trigger "PreProductSaleTrigger". I basically need the quantity added, we have the "KeyInQuantityValue" option set on these items so it isn't always 1.
