Hi All,

I have update my GP from GP2010 to GP2013. I already have existing template in GP2010 but recently I want to change the format in GP2013. I can find and add the field needed but when I try to use/print  it, the field appear as in original form (eg: <<Customer Name>> instead of Aaron Fitz Electrical). This is also happen to the existing field that I have rearrange (eg: move from top to few lines down). I have try both way, delete the field and add again and also just copy existing field & paste to different line. But unfortunately, the same result appear.

Kindly advise is there anything that I've missed or any setup that I have to check.

Thank you.
