General Transaction Edit List is Duplicating the account and descriptions on the edit list.

I have a client that has multiple companies. In one company their GL edit list prints correctly. In the other there is a duplication of the accounts.

I have run check links, reconcile and recreated the dictionary file. The report prints from the default GP report and is not edited.

Any suggestions on what else to check?
