According to Dynamics 365 Pricing plans you can choose either CRM or ERP but not both of them (together):
So I have two questions:
1. How to create an ERP trial (not CRM) (see rectangle 1)
2. How to integrate natively both CRM and ERP software (see rectangle 2)

Hello,
1. To register a trial for F&O
-- goto http://trials.dynamics.com/
-- select Finance & Operations
-- Provide your work ID and phone number.. (because trial can only be tagged to a work id.. like pranav.shroti@tcs.com)
-- It will redirect you to your company ADFS... provide your credentials and you are all set.
Note: It will only allow you to play around with new F&O environment and perhaps you will not be able to code/customize it.
2. Integrate both CRM and ERP using CDS integration: More details below.
