Dynamics CRM Email Sync Not Work Correctly

We have Exchange that configure to sync with Dynamics CRM 365 On-Premise. In email router we have two email for sync(sale@###.com & support@###.com).

Sync process for support@###.com work correctly and not work correctly for sale@###.com!!

Sale email send and receive emails correctly except some email address under domain. For Some email address under domain Sale email not receive emails that get from those specific email addresses.

For test, We changed email address for user and mailbox that work correctly and auto create lead/contact and sync email work correctly.

For email address with problem do this but auto creation and sync not done!No error message in Event Viewer receive too.

Please guide me what is this problem and what can we do?
