Hi,
Is there any way to send an email in BC using the email client? With that I mean, you probably allready saw that in the past:
- you click on send mail
- a new email window from your default email client pops open (like outlook)
- to, subject, body, attachement are all allready filled in
The user can simply edit the mail and click send in his favorite email client.
Any way to achieve that with the cloud version?

Has anything changed with this over the past year? I can't seem to find anything on it.
My customer wants to open a contact to send an email and have it open their Outlook client in order to them to send the email. I am not sure it the Outlook Add-in does this.
Any information appreciated.
I would check out app source. Something like Continia document delivery has a stronger relationship with outlook.
Alternative view would be use the outlook add-in. You can access documents or create quotes, orders and invoices. All with the user not having to leave outlook.
