How to create a new contact saved on USD

Hi,

I need to create a new contact from cti and attach the activity phonecall.

I can open a new contact, but this new contact don't still ID, then i can't contact.Id, how do I open the new saved contact so that it has an ID?

    Hi,

    I don't have much experience on CTI but the issue you are facing is common. So if you are opening a new record then it will not have any id until you save it. So as suggested above, save the record first and then attach the phone call.

    Hi, you will have to first save the contact and then auto generate a phone call associated with it. No other option comes to my mind.
