May I ask what does Outbound sales type means in Navision 2018?
What is Internal No?
What is Common Item No.?
What does Cross Reference means?

This field defines what item no. will be used for your intercompany sales transactions.
Internal number is your own item number.
Common item no, is a field on the item table where you can define a common item number used in all companies that are involved in a intercompany transaction.
Cross reference will use one of the cross references that is set up in your Item cross reference table.
