Hello,

I would like to migrate from Salesforce EE to Dynamics Sales & Service, how to do it? my software knowledge is basic, and I cannot find in my country specialist to assist me as none of the people I have met knows to do it. All the consultants I have met offered me trial & error which is not acceptable from the business point of view.

Thank you for responding.

Isaac

There is a good guide/ebook from PowerObjects on this matter

My person approach on migration is to break it down into 2 areas

    1) Data - make sure you understand the in the current system and what I would look like in the new one

    2) Functionality/Terminology - Check to see if everything that is currently available in Salesforce is there in Dynamics and that you try and use the same terms for each e.g a Customer is Salesforce is an Account in Dynamics (make sure you train that out correctly)

You can use SSIS (SQL Server Integration Server) with Kingswaysoft to establish connectivity to both Salesforce.com and Dynamics CRM Online environment, and perform read/create/update operations against both environments as necessary.

Check out Kingswaysoft list of products at:

    www.kingswaysoft.com/products

Not sure if there are any available tools that would do this without some level of your own integration.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi, Isaac!

As an option, instead of a manual data entry, you can use an automated service Data2CRM to perform a Salesforce to MS Dynamics migration. The tool uses a hands-off approach alongside with the ability to map the modules and users you want to transfer as well as a free Demo.

Hope my comment will help you!

    With respect,

    Yulia

You can migrate your Salesforce data to Dynamics CRM in few clicks with the help of Skyvia. It`s cloud-based service for no coding data integration.
