Dear All,
Can you please let me know, how i can update or mass delete selected records in D365
For Example:
Customer notes, there are selected notes which needs to be deleted what are the ways this can be done?

Can you find the grid's multi-select button and then delete it?
If the table and field is supported with a public data entity, you can use the 'Open in Excel' feature to create, edit or delete records and publish the changes.
