    Hi There,

We don't have option to calculate percentage in CRM charts. You would be able to calculate it using one work around.

Export chart and modfiy with your requirement as shown in below blogs:

You have the option to show the percentage on charts - especially in stacked charts.

You can find details on the below url

    Hi,

I recommend you to use XrmToolBox https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/ and the plugin Advanced Chart Editor (https://crmchartguy.com/2017/06/10/edit-charts-in-the-xrmtoolbox-for-dynamics-365/.)

With this tool you can test your chart design and update the chart as well.

    Best regards

    Mick

    Hi Cloud92019,

    Export Chart and Replace

    <Series ChartType="Column" IsValueShownAsLabel="True" Font="{0}, 9.5px" LabelForeColor="59, 59, 59" CustomProperties="PointWidth=0.75, MaxPixelPointWidth=40" /></Series>

    with

    <Series ChartType="Column" IsValueShownAsLabel="False" Label="#PERCENT" Font="{0}, 9.5px" LabelForeColor="59, 59, 59" CustomProperties="PointWidth=0.75, MaxPixelPointWidth=40" /></Series>

    RE: How to format Chart

    Hi,

I want to send you image but seems some issue in my "use rich formatting" . When I click on that it will not properly. I already reported that. Once issue resolved I will send image too if needed.

Go to service-> Case-> Change view to "All Cases"-> Right side of that view you find Chart pane button click on that. When you click on that chart will open -> change the view of the chart from the drop down in left top to "Cases by Status" -> after that on the top right side of the chart find action button(:) click on that you will find a drop down which have export chart option click on that it will download XML of that chart . You will find that code inside  that XML replace it and then import it through click on import chart which is present in same action icon (:) on right top of the chart.

For more understanding refer this link:

    Thanks
