Account for Installing Extensions

Hi

We have customers that use the extensions we publish. We would like to reinstall(upgrade) our extensions without asking our customers to do so and could we do that without consuming customers' BC license? Or do we always need one license when we work in the environments?

Please advise.

Thank you.

If you are the CSP for the customer then you do not need a license. You can login to any of your customers environments.

Appsource would be the other avenue as you can push updates out that way. But you are then pursuing something very different.

    Thank you for the information.

We are CSP and can then help our customers.

We also have AppSource apps but currently install them as PTEs.
