Cannot match item tracking

Hi All,
 
We have posted a purchase receipt with 10 QTY with LOT Card information and posted a sales order for 3 QTY with reserved QTY. Now, the remaining QTY is 7. But, when we try to reserve a QTY from below screen for a new sales order getting this error /Cannot match item tracking/.
 
 
Item is LOT Tracking and LOT Card Information are entered correctly and we have already reserved the QTY for same purchase receipt.

Any idea about this error.

    Are you using bins or any advanced warehouse functionality such as warehouse shipments or picks?

    not sure if you just started using item tracking but your setup doesn't seem to be correct. this is an example for lot tracking for advanced warehousing.
     
    The main issue of your set up could be that you enabled all flags and some flags are normally not set to yes to my knowledge. 
     
    If this is the issue, you need to adjust the inventory of that item to zero and modify the tracking code setup.

    Yes. We are using warehouse shipments, picks, and packs.
    Normally, we enable the Reservation always in customer and item master and when we convert sales quote to sales order, the QTY reserved will be updated automatically based on the Valuation Method. But, we are getting this error and are unable to convert the quote to order. 
    So, we changed the reservation setting to optional converted the Quote to Order, and tried to reserve the QTY manually in the sales order reserve window but got the same issue.
     
    FYI, if we post a new purchase receipt for the same item and try to reserve the QTY from that transaction it is working.  Only issue related to particular purchase receipt of new transaction reservation. We have already posted one sales order with allocating 3 QTY for the same receipt. Only this is happening recently in our environment.

    I don't think this is related to the setup. Because, if we post a new purchase receipt for the same item with the same setup and try to reserve the QTY from that transaction it is working.  Only issue related to particular purchase receipt of new transaction reservation. We have already posted one sales order with allocating 3 QTY for the same receipt. Only this is happening recently on our environment.

    Do you see this popup when you go to reserve from the sales line?

    No, this pop-up is showing while opening the Reserve window. 
     
    I did add tracking lines manually for line items, after that if I opened the reserve window, this pop-up came up and I was able to reserve the Item Manually. After that, I deleted the Item Tracking Lines and Cancelled the reservation items. Now, If I try to Auto Reserve the QTY, it is working fine. I am not sure how this working now. It seems like something is locked or not cleared properly on the Item Specification Temporary table. After I did this for one item, it is working for all other items where we faced the same issues.

    if the issue could be isolated to specific transaction, it might be a data issue. I would suggest to involve a dev to check from the backend.

    Again getting the same issue for other items. Sometimes it is working and sometimes not working for records. I am not sure what is the cause of this issue.
