Business central server administration tool for online instance

I was referring a documentation on how to hide UI elements based on permission sets here

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/administration/hide-ui-elements

It talks about:

"Depending on the setting in the UI Elements Removal field in the Business Central Server Administration tool, only UI elements on objects in the license or on objects that the user has permissions to will appear in the user interface."

I am wondering what this business central server admin tool is for online instance. Is this an extension that I need to download? If this is not available on online instance what is best way to hide UI elements for online instance.

Thanks in advance for your help!!
