Counting journal, Add lines doesn't show up location and batch numbers.

Hi Experts,

While adding lines on the counting journal, using Create lines > Items. We are unable to get location and batch level items on the journal lines.

Only site and warehouse level items are coming up in journal lines.

Is there any setup to bring locations and batch-wise items on counting jounral?

Hi JiwanWanji9.

It sounds like you're trying to count On-Hand inventory.

Have you tryed the option "Create Lines --> On hand"?

There you can select if you want to bring up the batch number and location of the on hand inventory.
