    Hi CU16041532-0,

To add to what Andre said, ensure you assign the privilege "WorkflowViewHistory" under the Duty "View workflow history" (considering that you are only looking to provide view only privileges - display the work items in workflow queue).

    Hi Giri,

The Workflow history form has two faces. System users can have access to and view only workflows assigned to them individually. Using the security roles Information Technology manager and System administrator, the view will change, and you will have more options like viewing errors, work items, and reassigning pending workflows.

    Hi,

I cant tell you exactly, however, here are some quick steps how to record steps in order to check which security objects grant access for the recorded steps.
You can try this and it will help you also in the future.

    -Create the recording

-Open System administrationSecuritySecurity diagnostics for task recordings
    1. Open the file you just saved
    2. You see the permissions necessary for the steps you recorded
    3. Add a user that doesnt have the permission
    4. You see for which items the permission is missing
    5. Add reference
    6. You see here a list of priviliges, duties and roles that you can add to the user directly. I used this information to identify dutiespriviliges that I assign then to the roles I want.

    Kind regards, Adis
